groom? She immediately shook her head, "Sorry, I've done my part. You'll have to find someone else for this kind

of thing." Without a second thought about Linda's reaction, Chloe turned to walk away, but Linda grabbed her

arm with surprising force. Turning back, Chloe saw Linda's eyes filled with tears, pleading.

Linda's heart dropped. She screamed Chloe's nand sprinted toward her. Suddenly, a gunshot tore through
